I have made great contacts with some “A-list” names by spending money on their high-end products, seminars and coaching sessions. I did this NOT in some shallow attempt to get their attention but because I really benefited from the products and services they were offering.
There is a fringe benefit to spending thousands with an expert though- they remember you and are much more likely to listenĀ when you contact them. You might also become friends with them if you pay for a critique or coaching session and spend time talking to them one-on-one.
I know not everyone has the money to go this route, but it’s something that is often overlooked.
If you pay $5,000 for a consult with a marketer and meet with them in person…do you think they might remember you later on or listen to what you have to say? I think so.
