Below are some of my favorite Twitter tools (try saying that 5 times fast) that you might not know about. They are in no particular order, kind of stupid and really fun.
Tweet140: My opinion is that the more stupid a game is, the more fun it is. My personal favorite is “midnight lawn dart tag” but a strong second is Tweet140. The closer your tweets are to 140 characters, the more points you earn. Can you score a Twoosh?
Track This: Curious when Fedex will finally deliver that puppy you ordered? Tired of refreshing UPS’s track package page? Track This allows you to track packages right through Twitter. If you’re like me, it will only be a short time before you get the message “train derailment”. I think the puppy will be fine.
Post Like a Pirate: Yarr! Avast ye maties, get your tweet on! *cough* If your answer to the age old question of “pirates or ninjas” is without a doubt the variety NOT carrying a katana…this tool is for you. Post like a pirate allows you to post like a…well, you get it.
Twitsay: 140 characters just isn’t enough to breakup with your girlfriend or discuss that important business meeting. With Twitsay forget typing- simply call Twitsay and record your message and then Twitter the audio link. Kind of a strange service but I can already see hilarious uses for it…
TwittEarth: “Where on Earth did that last tweet come from?” I asked. “I’ll show you!” replied TwittEarth. This service shows a map of the earth and graphically illustrates the location of recent tweets. It can also be used as a screensaver if you’re looking for a reason to do nothing for 5 minutes.
Innertwitter: Tired of your superficial existence staring at a computer screen all day long? Do you find that you lack inner peace? Innertwitter is the answer. At a predetermined interval Innertwitter will remind you to meditate or be still via Twitter. You can also choose to kick your favorite pet at each time. (just kidding, right Fluffy?)
Foamee: Are you owed so much beer and coffee that you can’t keep track? Me too! Foamee keeps tab on just who owes what…and if you don’t pay up the Twitter bird comes to your house and attacks. Actually, that’s true except for that last part. Foamee also allows you to gift people drinks for deeds well done.

I don’t need a job obviously, but anyone who’d hire me would have to be awesome.
I think that a few people I work with could benefit from Foamee.
Track this will be bad for my Amazon addiction…
